Minimalism is being original, authentic and true to oneself. You can do this when you are not a minimalist but, minimalism is more of a mindful approach. It is Marie Kondo-ing the heck out of our cluttered, fast and crowded lifestyle. But it is not a “habit change” either. Minimalism lays importance in finding your “why”. What is your “why”? Why are you doing this? Why minimalism? The answers to your “why” will lead you to the destination. Minimalism is a way of life. Hopefully in that process, you will loosen up, like a balloon, balance your way through the wind and enjoy life.
